PASTOR
"PJ" has served as pastor at CPCLM for 14 years.
He is married to Cathy, his wife of 21 years, and is the father of three: Michelle, Jaimie, and Ethan.
PJ loves Jesus and loves people. His passion is to lead people to know the joy of walking with Jesus Christ. He enjoys playing sports, going on road trips, and getting to know new people. Prior to full time ministry, he worked as a financial analyst and was on his way to pursuing an MBA before the Lord called him to seminary.
Ordained for 20 years in the PC(USA), PJ has served in churches in NJ, Texas, and now here in La Mirada. Having previously served as the Moderator of Los Ranchos Presbytery, he now serves on the Board of Trustees of the Presbyterian Foundation.
Life verse: Philippians 2:3-5, "Do nothing out of selfish ambition or vain conceit, but in humility consider others better than yourselves; each of you should look not only to your own interests but to the interests of others. In your relationships with one another, have the same mindset as Christ Jesus."
